Recognize and value employees and restaurant managers.

The higher ups really don't care about the restaurant employees! Overworking and under paying. Ridiculous procedures we have to follow that make you wonder if whoever came up with them has even set foot in a restaurant!

I am a new bob evans manager. I notice a lot of other managers tend to pick sides and gang up on others. It make my work environment very hostile.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better 401k match and lower premiums.

Because me and women of the same manager rank aren't paid the same. Women make a lot less

Employees pay to much for health insurance and don't get a fair hourly wage as compared to other companies. Bob Evans is way behind on the pay scale! And paid sick time for hourly employees is not existent.
