Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Clearer path to more income and more involved manager

Compensation is significantly below market rate and that is a huge part of the reason why we are losing our most qualified people, which has a knock-on effect on other employees in terms of lost knowledge and increased workload. It's not sustainable but Drift doesn't seem to have any plan to fix it.

Stock option offerings being consistent across all new hires, regardless of role. Stock options should be based on longevity with the company, as well as promotions.

I feel benefits can be improved (i.e. parental leave), but I understand we are still small and growing quickly so expect this to change as we grow.
