Until 2020, my experience was neutral because I had really good and really bad times in the company. But when I shifted departments in early 2021, the change has been really positive and I feel glad to be part of a really good team, with a caring and responsible manager leading the way.

Our team is very reliable and everybody is willing to share knowledge and participate in different regions to help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture of self-improvement. I've never had a manager that pushed and supported me so much as getting better at a professional and personal life level, as I have now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The responsibilities that are given to me and the amount of work dedicated to set up the process in Brazil are not compatible with my actual salary. This is the only thing at the moment that makes me feel undervalued. The Mgmt team, benefits, and work environment are really good.
