Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To retain the current best employees, appraisal should be atleast 30%. Bonus has to be paid in full so that the employee stays motivated and does all his work perfectly and is not into switching companies. Free food is another great thing for employee which almost all the product based companies do.
