
knowing that with my work I will be able to help my family , be able to learned and grow as an employee
I do not feel undervalued but what would make me feel better about a compensation would be a goal to reach in order to get opportunities to grow withing the company
1) the team is a positive team that looks the better on everything 2) a lot of hardworkers are in the team that provides value in every aspect of the team 3)inclution between employees is there 4) lots of possitive people
more contact between employees and management, commiment between management and employees is really important without commiment there is no effort from employees. the more care of management about the employee the more the employee will take care about the job, and friendship is really important too
