Team should be supportive. In team we all are equal. Everyone should have right to place their opinion in front of other. Leader should give appreciation to team so that it will boost their enthusiasm.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I started my job in this company, I interact with my team virtually. It is just a virtual communication for me, but still I can feel the environment is so good. The events which were organized for us are really good , it boosted up me for work. Also the supportive , friendly culture is there.
