Respect of the individual uniqueness. High tolerance and full embrace of diversity.

What makes you most happy at work?

Learning new technology, sharing what I have learned to team, clients and partners.

What are some of the best things about your team?

IBM culture on diversity and inclusion. The respect on individual talent creativity and openness to new innovative ideation. The strong teaming camaraderie observed between the team, partners and cross business units.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Overall the leadership team has done a great job in communicating the new IBM strategy and objectives. However, there is lack of clarity on the IBM and Newco Kyndryl global partnership model and framework, thus there are queries at GEO level on business operations, contractual escalations, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My offer is lower than my prev management role remuneration as the incentive part of the IBM compensation has no recent pay out due to historical GDP incentive info. I'm offered Associate Partner role while I was Partner level in prev co, reason due to short tenure departure from IBM.
