I am a faster learner and I am growing everyday. Every time I try to help my team or other persons from other teams, it would be nice to have better salary raise.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing all daily stuff: testing, creating test resources, searching/ asking my team for information Talking to my co-workers Helping my co-workers in area that I have tested and I have more info
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With this pandemic and the fact that we are working from home, everyone try to know each others, setting informal 30' meetings to speak about us, if we have problems or if is something that makes us unhappy.
