Just started in March, I think my colleagues are great and the work is cool. However, we need a better bonus structure and reward system, we neef a better new hire orientation, we also need a strong bench to staff projects. We also need to integrate Microsoft because some of our tools are dated.

They keep the energy up!!! Knowledgable and a nice group.

Good people to work with and the culture seems open to change
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary, but we need spot and incentive bonuses. My former employee really took care of their employees and incentive us to the max. IBM could do better in that area.
