What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Currently, due to the pandemic, we do not have much interaction with the team, only in dailys meet.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lot of change for certain certifications, which discourages the employee a little a little by not having enough time do devote himself to the study. I think that if the company needs certified employees, it could provide day and time to take the courses in business hours.
