There are few things like people are comparing experience with talent. Talented and skillfully people should get enough opportunities irrespective of their experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Encouraging and supporting a team member. They should provide a friendly environment so each team member give their 100 % for the profit of company as well as individual.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People should start interacting with whole team rather than there close colleagues. Someone should not be forced to do certain type of work. There interests should be respected. Team should work collectively rather than individually. People should not hesitate to share their ideas with team.
