There is no good environment that encourages relationships between colleagues, beyond work

I suppose when you have opportunity in your learning to learn something new
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is a fact that the company minimizes costs by paying a lower salary than what it would pay when going to countries with cheap labor than what it would pay in its country.
