It's been the best experience I've ever had. People here inspire me, I started to believe in my career future here. The culture and its tremendous impact on our daily tasks is the fuel for us to come to work everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about us, not only as numbers for the company but as people, that feel, think and have a life outside the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Receiving some appreciation words, knowing that my efforts will not be on the shadows... Having my coworkers as friends and my manager as a leader before a boss.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is the first time I have a salary out of the minimum wage. I think people feel in debt with the company, so that we do our best to compensate what they invest in our salaries.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
THe respect we have for each other, the way everyone gets along with the rest. It doesn't matter where you come from, what matters is that you are part of the team and this company see you as an asset less than a number.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We take care of each other, we never leave no one down, we are there if they have doubts, problems or if they want to speak out about anything, we hear them. I love my team, they seem to be the best team in which I have ever worked.
