IBM is a great company to work for but i think work/life balance should be at a higher level especially for workers like me who can work anytime from 0-24. I think having 2 free days in one week should be obligatory because working somtimes 6 days a week with a schedule day/night can be exhausting.

Fact that I work from home and that I don't have to travel to work makes me really happy and proactive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since costs of life are increasing really fast, I think that salary should be at a higher level every 10-12 months.
