Importance given to my role and execution of it makes happy though it is very fast paced & hectic. Makes me feel proud.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No hidden components. No variable pay. Very clear salary structure with Fixed Pay & Retirals. That is the best part in IBM. Also, Basic, PF etc components are drafted as per Market standard and no manipulation in those components. It is designed as per Labor/Govt Law
