My manager suported me to raise Maternity request with screen sharing when we are doing work from though he is busy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Leadership is very nice and so help full and supportive. I am new to IBM but my manager allowed me to take maternity leave and also he supported me very well. Thank you so much to IBM having such a great leadership that's why IBM became the best company for women
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am new Joiner to IBM having 7 years of experience but my package is Rs.12.6 lakhs fixed pay but expected Rs.15 lakhs fixed. Still accepted the offer becouse IBM is good for women employees and rejected the offers from other companies who has ready to pay Rs. 17 lakhs as fixed pay and 15% variable
