I have been here for only two months and the honeymoon phase needs to wear off, but I love being part of a company with such strong values where people are heard and autonomous. I'm expecting to experience frustration over time, IBM being a very large company.

Everybody is eager to get on customer projects and adding value

Everybody i met are truly motivated individual with strong value and high work ethic

base salary would be the best thing entering IBM, I have my reservation for salary progression within the company
What makes you most happy at work?
the infinite well of knowledge, and the customer centric approach as well as the willingness to always add value
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm 2 months in the job so it's hard to comment but so far I have a great relationship with my direct manager. Everything I hear so far from the leadership team sounds coherent.
