I bleed blue - dedicated long time IBMer recently rehired at IBM to focus on security sales. I am grateful for the opportunity to rejoin the IBM Company and be apart of the place from age 20.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity and acceptance of differences among the staff to leverage and appreciate what the individual has to offer and avoid sterotype or judgment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving my goals I have set. To accomplish what I planned or worked hard to attain. And to be recognized and appreciated for my efforts and hard work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse, and we all bring something special to the table to use in our efforts to help our team reach success. Everyone is very open to help and cooperative and team players.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My mgmt makes a concerted effort to ensure I have the tools, resources and anything else necessary to set me up for the greatest success possible. They have all displayed a vested effort in helping answer questions or find solutions if needed/or/asked. hard working leadership team focused on us
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission plan , I dont necessarily like the salary draw part but I have accepted it as appropriately and come to terms with the positive side of what the rewards will be by sacrificing the salary pay upfront in contrast with the rewards that will be gained by reaching quota and recovering the $
