I worked 12 years in this company and I loved it. After 13 years I come back... I feel like at home, but this project is exhausting

Respect to others, Take care of the employees (harassment, bullying, abuse of power), a lot of options to get knowledge-training
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are listening about issues and needs, they are helping to improve. They are nice and interested in collaboration with other areas
What are some of the best things about your team?
People who reports to me, they want to learn, to improve the job and grow up. My coworkers, some of them enjoy collaboration to be better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Band for my role-position is low, job demans to work 16hours to covers only urgent & important topics.. and get acceptable results and improvements. Benefits are included in base salary instead as an extra, Recognition is included in salary (taxes reduces amount), you can have a gift card-no taxes
