What is the best part about your compensation package?

salary in line with the market

What is the best part about your compensation package?

salary in range with the market

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

more support in project induction

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Not much involved in daily activities due to no hand-over/training plan on the project, loosing skills.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There is too much focus on the USA society issues in the soft skills trainings. Relevant local issues should be tailored upon geographical location.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is little effort on being involved in daily activity, no training plan. Random knowledge transfer sessions that are all over the place, not building the big picture.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is a gap not filled from whatever Arvind explains in the periodical talks live, answering questions from slack, to how this breaks down down the organization ladder up to individual goals.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Training plan focused on the actual on-the-job knowledge. Project context/details you cannot find online. Culture and soft skills are nice, but these aren't making people productive if the project-specific info is not handed-over.
