I am challenged to climb mountains, but I am standing on the shoulder of giants and we have all the tech that we need. A bit more time and structure to use that tech would be what's needed, at least on the project that I'm working on.

For me it's the payment amount itself.

Their attitude is very friendly and welcoming while also being professional.

Mostly friendly people with which I can form a team. Most of them hard working and invested.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would refer more to the project itself, and in this case the attitude is pleasant and understanding, even if the project is very difficult.
What makes you most happy at work?
There is extensive knowledge and I can also find someone that has the right answer on Slack and ready to help. Being blocked is a nuisance.
