Every employee must have the right to have overtime pay especially to us working overtime for 4-6 overtime hours for consecutive days during month-end.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire more employees if the heavy workload permits, implement management integrity, listen to the concerns of IBM employees and not just with the client
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management integrity - The IBM management in our project is secretive. They do not want to tell the client and IBM employees right away if there is a resigning employee. The last time the team lead resigned, we are notified just the day before the team lead's last day of work.
