Being employed in a stable company is nice.However,there's pressure because of some unreasonable deadlines.When someone resigns,we're not informed.Mgmt doesnt hire quickly thats why there would be a lot of workload left to us. OTs are too much.WFH doesnt mean we should work 24/7 esp during month end

Being acknowledged for the things we did good. Being rewarded is a bonus

They are not micromanaging us. and instead they have trust in us that we do our jobs diligently
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get along with each other well even if we only met our team mates online because of the covid situation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our OTs are not paid. It would be very much appreciated if we are being fairly compensated for the OTs we render
