I typically dread work in the morning because of non-stop issues. It feels very hard to get actual work done when I am always chasing the next problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was underpaid on purely a market value for months and now I am only paid the minimum of market value. PTO is far too limited and people are discouraged from taking several days together off.
