My overall experience at this company is great. it is night and day from my previous role. I feel like I work to live versus living to work like I did in my previous roles.

I love that our leadership team is so personable and people first focused.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy that I can be my true authentic self everyday, whether I'm having a good day or bad.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is opportunity for employees at all levels to financially invest in the company. Most larger companies only give these options to senior leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although we are a completely virtual company, we have somehow managed to build the most amazing community and making people feel like they belong even though they are home "alone" in their individual virtual workplaces.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of my favorite things about my team is that they are so intentional in everything they do. Diversity and inclusion efforts are seamlessly embedded in the work they do by their own doing. Everyone is so willing to learn and help in any way possible. Also everyone is so kind.
