I really like the company and the people I work with and I believe very much in what we're doing. My only issue currently is being overworked/stressed and needing to put in a LOT (55-60) hours a week to even come close to staying on top of things.

What makes you most happy at work?
A feeling of accomplishment at work makes me happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pragmatic and well-reasoned. Changes are tend to be reasonable and explained well. They're engaged and accessible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know it's not the biggest part of my compensation by a longshot but I LOVE that bonuses are paid out quarterly. It's such a nice motivator.
