I started about 3 months ago, and I love it so far! My experience here has been amazing and I'm so grateful to be a part of an awesome, supportive, and welcoming team. This has definitely been the best company that I've worked for so far.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about your goals and aspirations and try to help you the best they can. They genuinely care about you and your needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so helpful and super responsive. Whenever I need help, someone is always there. They are also supportive with whatever you do! Everyone is so nice & welcoming, and I always look forward to our weekly catch-up calls!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so welcoming and diverse. Everyone comes from different backgrounds/places and you can be yourself here. Also, HashiCorp is remote, but they definitely try and do happy hours and team hangouts so it feels like you are hanging out with your team and getting to know them better!
What makes you most happy at work?
It's so flexible and the work/life balance is amazing. I think that's what makes me most happy. I can go workout during my lunch, or go for a walk etc. I have time to hangout with my family in the morning and not have to worry about working after I'm done with my day.
