It's been a positive environment and a good culture but there has also been a lot of instability in my team as of late that have presented some challenges for us to execute on our goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the results of your hard work and how it impacts the success of the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel less engaged with my team than I was at the beginning of the pandemic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very positive and kind culture. People treat each other with kindness and are very empathetic. It has always been a very welcoming and inclusive environment for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have an incredible grasp of our market and where we fit in that market. They do a great job of communicating what we need to do to win each market segment we are competing in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have taken several calls from Recruiters over the past few months and they have talk about comp that is $40-60k higher than what I am making now. I also know that we are giving more equity now that we are a public company than when we were a private company, so I feel dissatisfied with my grant.
