Overall, my experience has been incredibly rewarding. I have seen this company grow from 300 employees to 3,000 today. Throughout this time, leadership has trusted me to innovate and help build out my team. I feel that I have made significant and impactful contributions to the team and company.

My team is highly collaborative and motivated to bring their best to work every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is positive and professional. We have very smart people here innovating on technology and processes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are too kind and afraid to provide feedback in real time and when requested. Coworkers and company overall struggle with change management and some are resistant to growth as a public company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when my stakeholders value me as a partner and considers my ideas. I am most happy at work when expectations are clear and goals are set. I am most happy at work when I am provided the tools and resources to be successful.
