I would love to continue working hard as we have achieved some results already but it's just need big changes to get to that mark. More meaningful thoughts of using resources inside company as every resources is also a Value and should be used wisely and towards company objective

Canada salaries for some role is low compare to other big companies here for management role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hex was cancelled but all departments are hearing excuse of money spent on booking instead of making them happy at this moment
