everyone is positive, willing to pitch in when help is needed and wants everyone to succeed.

Kindness is valued and a quality that is talked about. I have never encountered a less-performative place.

there is room to grow in the ways that I want to. I am challenged and supported.

There is a collaborative nature and want to talk to each other. People are kind and constructive in feedback.

Everyone respects each other. You can have a conversation that involves critique and its always kind, thoughtful, strategic and highly productive

They are genuine and have the best interests of both the goals of the company as well as the development of individual employees.

They are fairly transparent, consistent and approachable. During in-person interactions or in forums like slack during an all-hands they answer questions personally and seem to want the best for all employees as well as the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That inclusivity and kindness is baked into the culture and programs. There is a very visible effort to grow teams for diversity, have accessibility baked into programming and grow ERGs for various groups. There seems to be a welcoming and transparent approach to this that I haven't seen elsewhere.
