Health insurance does NOT kill me on a monthly basis. ESOPP is very generous.

The leadership team is transparent with objectives, and providing insight on why certain business decisions are made.

We have very smart people on my team who will take the time to provide assistance or explanation but are also genuinely good people.

It is really nice to work with people that I truly like as people, not just professionals. I like that my manager asks for my input on decisions and tactical situations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am granted the opportunity to take ownership of the projects and implementations that I have been assigned. This allows me to learn new things almost daily and keeps me engaged with work as I am responsible for the outcome of the assigned initiatives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The HLT has provided tremendous visibility to past performance along with future goals and strategies. My prior experience has been to take a wait and see approach, so I am particularly grateful to work for a Leadership Team that shares their vision and direction with rank and file.
