Company culture is super positive, folks really care about each other, and the full human always comes first.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HashiCorp's geo-based pay bands are outdated and unfair. Our base pay bands are outdated compared to the market. Our leveling is usually low compared to the market. Comp team lacks transparency and tells different employees different information about the same policy/pay band.
