The pay I receive, comparable to the expectations of my position is spot on, maybe better.

What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to heads down learn and work through problems is great! We are not crushed with work and deadlines in our team and are given time to learn and grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our time isn't tracked. We are trusted to deliver on our commitments and do our jobs without being micro-managed and monitored at all times. It's a perfect remote culture!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Because I come from one of Hashicorps customers I have a nice perspective of both sides of our coin. The leadership gets it, they understand what our customers are really going through and can articulate that clearly and effectively. It may seem like something obvious, but its absolutely critical!
