I appreciate that they genuinely want to solve the pains of customers as they migrate to a more dynamic cloud operating model.
I have not had a raise in two years, but my responsibilities have increased significantly. I am getting recruiter emails with easier roles that offer more money.
We tend to want to release products for (event) instead of insuring they are executed well. Teams are spread entirely too thin, causing burnout and attrition. Most companies this size don't have to support this many products. I don't know why this is never addressed.
