I'm just exhausted, but I stick around because other coworkers whom I appreciate and like will be completely overloaded if I leave. Folks on the ground have a better sense of the problems than people at the top, but I don't think they're being heard.

Everyone is smart and nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's nice to know we work on products that people use and like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they genuinely want to solve the pains of customers as they migrate to a more dynamic cloud operating model.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not had a raise in two years, but my responsibilities have increased significantly. I am getting recruiter emails with easier roles that offer more money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We tend to want to release products for (event) instead of insuring they are executed well. Teams are spread entirely too thin, causing burnout and attrition. Most companies this size don't have to support this many products. I don't know why this is never addressed.
