My team are focused on how the work they do contributes to our north star goals. We are well-aligned and the work we do matters here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's totally average, which is probably the definition of fair. I like that the company pays me consistently on pay-days? Sorry, this seems like a silly question. : )
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our execs have created a crystal clear strategy for us and the market and everything we do is aligned to it. This gives me enormous confidence in HashiCorp and in our leadership. Also, most of them are just likable, personable and kind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a kind but high-performance culture. Everyone is driven to do their best, and kind with one another when we experience shortfalls and failures. We learn from our failures and are open about them, leading us to do even better work the next time around with support from one another.
