My team is very diverse, funny and kind. They are eager to help eachother out and think about solutions from a company level perspective rather than from an individual silo'd view.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the overall pay transparency so its easy for me to understand if I am paid fairly, across salary, RSUs and ESPP plans. The regular swag gifts for important points in time is appreciated too.
