Hearing positive feedback from customers and helping them find value in our tools.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lack of micromanagement, and lots of places to find help when I need it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lots of experience and knowledge on our team, and we all mesh well together for the most part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my role is valued less than my counterparts in my department because I serve a lower segment of our customers. I would appreciate a title change and a pay raise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that leadership can and does clearly articulate the opportunity HashiCorp has in the Cloud market and the motivation they impart on us. The leadership team is very visible, warm, communicative and welcoming here.
