Young and intelligent, resourceful, approachable and always happy to help and share knowledge. There are no egos.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable and make the company goals clear to everyone and we all work towards it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a young fast evolving environment which means you must keep on top of change and be up for it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is very competitive and it doesnt just stop there. There are loads of spiffs in place to incentivise sales people for example. You are rewarded for your hard work
