What makes you most happy at work?
Working with people who actually care about what we do and don't just show up to get a check. That is very clear.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People genuinely care about our Customers and the impact our products have on them. There is a focus on not having meetings just to have meetings. This is huge!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I told the recruiter my salary range when interviewing. They let me know the actual range was higher than I was asking. When my offer came later the amount was higher than the range they communicated. This is not a standard practice and showed integrity from the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has always demonstrated they care about the employee above all else. The principles are exhibited at all times and makes the hiring, onboarding, and work itself matter. Each day I am excited to login and do what I can to contribute to the success of our company and customers.
