There is a "can do" attitude and people have a lot of empathy for others.

Hard working, constructive attitude toward solving problems, very collaborative, kindness is a principle that everyone embraces.

Building something valuable and doing so as a team with people that I respect and enjoy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of our principles is "Kindness", which is thoroughly followed. People are smart, kind, and constructive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My favorite part of my compensation package is the generous vacation time, and second is ESPP and RSUs.

The effort they make to ensure we are all aware and aligned with the company objectives, from our north stars down to each team's objectives. Also how approachable and kind they are.

The leadership team has a clear vision and a process to communicate it and to make it a reality. I appreciate that they pay great attention to the corporate culture and work on evolving it in a positive and enriching way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is enthusiastic and kind. There is a lot of energy and a positive attitude overall, with clear objectives, and a common desire to reach our goals. I love working at HashiCorp, and I've been here for over three years - never a dull moment!
What makes you most happy at work?
My favorite part about working at HashiCorp has been to witness the love that our community members have for our products, and the respect and admiration that our partners have for our organization. Working with a team of extremely talented individuals to maintain our standing is a real privilege.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was very thorough, which made me realize that they were serious about finding the right match both in terms of knowledge and personal fit. I learned a lot about the culture through the interview process and I really liked what I saw. I was not disappointed after I was hired.
