I love it from an exposure perspective and I am challenged quite frequently. I find that a majority of other teams are afraid to innovate or act on things that might help us push forward. There is very much a don't get involved mentality with the old guard

If we were actually guaranteed cost of living adjustments every year as well as raises that took inflation into consideration. Removal of location based pay bands as we are remote first, they don't make sense.
