Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higher compensation. I know that other places pay more with better benefits like an annual bonus
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Reassess benefits and compensation. We don't have annual bonus or 401K match. Comp is lower compared to other companies
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and Empathy. Feels very robotic and seems to only care about the executive leadership team. not the individual contributors.
