I was super impressed with the leave that we have for miscarriages. It made me feel seen in a way no other tech company has.

They are open and accessible. As a remote first company it can be difficult to create a culture of inclusion and they have done a fantastic job. I understand the vision, mission and what we need to do as a company to get there as well as where my team fits in.
