Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I received no compensation increase or promotion after a written promise. I brought this up with my new manager and they built a case to promote me and get my salary closer to what it's supposed to be. However, my newest manager doesn't understand my role at all.
