HashiCorp has been fantastic. I have been provided with numerous opportunities to grow and be successful here. My only criticism is I feel my compensation does not accurately reflect the value I provide to the company.

Everyone really cares about one another and does everything possible to be kind to each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team is compensated more than I am from both a salary and total compensation perspective. In my opinion, this shows that managers and mid-level leaders are not valued by the company.
