I love the people, my manager, my work and the learning that I'm doing every day. I am a bit annoyed and disheartened by the recent mandate to physically be in the office. And deeply disheartened by the mandate to rate 10% of the people in the needs improvement category.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the acceptance of neurodiverse needs and people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Maternity leave. I also like the special needs support that they have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always willing to explain things, help each other and communicate very well. They are also understanding about flexibility and communicate their daily needs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like my first line manager. She is very relaxed about flexibility and working in the best way for me. She always goes to bat for us anytime we need anything, and she is deeply invested in us.
