I judge my experience good now. I've had bad times, in which I've been bullied (mobbing) With this manager things have changed and so has the quality of my life. I would have liked to have managers like him from the start. Everything would have been different

My team consists mostly of young colleagues with a lot of energy and initiative

My company has important principles and values. The CSR and the BRGs try to make everyone aware of gender, PwDA, environmental issues
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been at IBM for more than 20 years (i'm PwDA), have always given everything I can and continue to be a band 7
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are people in the company who don't value people and I'm very sorry for this. Not all of the company is like my team
