My co-workers are smart and willing to help anyone on our team. We are all different with different strengths and working styles but we are respectful of each other and our team is stronger because of this.

Strong communication and they get employees involved in solutions. We have multiple ways to get involved at IBM and within our local communities. They truly want to make the world a better place and are inclusive of every employee.
