I can't tell. I only see them in the quarterly meetings

Engage people, empower them to contribute. Enough with the grills, if you're not pigeonholed then you're out

Difficult to talk about a team in smart working, but I believe in the ability of people
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't know anymore, IBM now has nothing of what it had in the past and has lost especially the positive aspects
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been waiting years for a raise. there were a full 15 years of no raise. After the changeover to the euro the purchasing power has halved and I have worked hard to have an adjustment. Eventually a manager took pity on me and gave me a minimal raise
